Virtual Sessions / Consulting Sessions
Once you purchase a virtual session or session package, your enrollment is final. No cancellations. No refunds.
Our commitment to you is final so we expect the same in return. Please make sure to review the product and session descriptions fully before purchase.
If you enroll in a virtual session—but later change your mind and decide you don’t want to use it—you can give your spot to a friend or colleague, like a gift certificate.
Email info@thegoodauthor.com and tell us who's going to do the virtual session in your place. Please provide their full name and email. We will transfer your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. If we refuse service, we will refund your fee or pro-rated fee to the original form of payment. If that method of payment is no longer accessible, we will mail a check or refund money via Zelle or Pay Pal.
